Due to a high amount of orders shipping can be delayed up to 7-10 days.
We ship with our shipping partner DHL - in France also with UPS.
Immediately after your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your DHL tracking number, which you can use to track the current status of your order. Please note that it may take a few hours until the DHL tracking link is active.
DHL will make up to two delivery attempts. If you are not present at either of these attempts, the parcel will be available for collection at the nearest post office for 7 working days or will be delivered to a neighbour.
In some cases, due to increased traffic at our shipping partners, shipments may be delayed. If you do not see any movement of your package after a few days, please feel free to contact us at email@example.com. However, an investigation into the whereabouts of the shipment is only possible after 14 days.
