After your order has been shipped, you will find your DHL or UPS tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. With this you can track the current delivery status of your order online. Please note that it may take a few hours for the tracking to update.
In some cases, due to increased traffic at our shipping partners, shipments may be delayed. If you do not see any movement of your package after a few days, please feel free to contact us at hello@asphaltgold.com. However, an investigation into the whereabouts of the shipment is only possible after 14 days.
