As in stationary retail, items should only be tried on indoors. We can only take back items that are unworn and in their original packaging. If you wish to return items that are not in their original condition or in an unusable condition, we reserve the right to decide whether to refund you the value of the goods. The same applies to goods that are returned to us outside the return period of 14 days. Our customer service will contact you in such cases.
