Within the EU, no customs duties or import fees apply to shipments. For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs costs, taxes, and fees may apply. Please check the specific regulations for your shipping destination before placing your order. Any additional costs must be borne by you.
Within Germany, we ship with our partner DHL. Within the EU, we use a country-specific service provider from our extensive network of partners. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your DHL tracking number. DHL will make up to two delivery attempts. If you are unavailable for both attempts, the package will be held at the nearest post office for seven business days for collection. After this period, the package will be returned to us.
International orders outside of Europe are shipped with DHL Express.
