Within the EU, there are no customs or import fees for shipping.
For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs charges, taxes and fees may apply. Please check the individual regulations of your shipping country before placing your order. All additional costs are your responsibility.
Within Germany and Europe, we ship with our shipping partner DHL. Immediately after your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your DHL tracking number. DHL will make up to two delivery attempts. If you are not present at both attempts, the package will be available for pick-up at the nearest post office for 7 working days. After that, the package will be returned to us.
International shipments will be sent by DHL Express.
